Subject: atomospheric halo

The following was seen in Fort Simpson on April 11, 99 at around noon. the halo was a complete circle, although the photo only looks at approximately 90degrees of the arc. The photo was taken with a sepia effect and that is why the brownish qualities. The halo was accompanied by a rainbow on one side and the whole thing lasted for about 1/2 of an hour. No one in Fort Simpson can remember ever seeing such a thing in their lifetime
