If you use a tele lens and/or the features within a NLC display are moving relatively fast, the 60 s exposure may be not appropriate. While the colour may be ``better'' (probably more saturated), the structures will become unsharp because of their changes. I suggest to choose a film of higher speed to keep exposure times short (say up to 20 s only). However, the problem does not occur in most stages of the twilight when even an ISO 100/21 film is sufficient. Generally it is better to try several shots (with exact timing). Such documentary photographs cannot be repeated, so it is not the moment to save film here.

Good luck!
