Imaged with a Canon EOS 20D on the focal plane of a 10" Meade LX200. Exposure time was one minute at f/6.3. Image covers an area of 46X32 arc minutes. Camera setting were 1600ISO, daylight white balance and automatic dark subtraction. Image enhancements used were curves, unsharp masking, uneven area smoothing, heavy emboss and made smaller for the Web. Line in the middle is image artifact ( CMOS blooming from the bright nucleus of the comet ).
