Hello.
Before I let you starting my report about thunderstorms in Estonia, some
more information about them. I read from today's newspaper, that there was
again some wind damage. Some power outages took place. One power line was
knocked out if 7 trees fell on it. Some trees were down also elsewhere, for
example, In. Kalda tee 18 in Tartu. Laguja's geographical coordinates are
58°09'43" N 26°27'02" E so you can look from the map, where it hailed.

-- And here's the report, delayed two days due to approaching final exams at
school. It might have some typos, because I was rushing(I have to study for
exams also today!)
First thunder occurred at about 5 to 6 o'clock in the morning. Unfortunately
I was sleeping so deeply that I even couldn't hear thunder, what woke my
family members up. They were 2 kilometers from my location at grandparents
place. As you could understand, I was at grandparents (also in Laguja's
area, 2 kilometers from my current location). At 8:30 I woke up and found,
that many electrical devices are unplugged. I immediately asked from my
grandparents that was thunderstorm outside last night? I got positive answer
and also grandmother told me, that thunder cloud is still above us. I went
to outside and saw a darker cloud in the northern sky. The cloud before it
were like sea waves. That view was gorgeus. And as you can read from data I
submitted with my cellular telephone, sky was very "talky." Unfortunately I
cannot tell anything and note down about that thunder cloud as it didn't
arrive to Laguja. But then suddenly, another thunder cloud came on. It
caused many many lightnings. And sometimes, I wasn't able to take
temperature measurements, as I was busy with writing lightnings down. As one
lightning was coming after another, it was hard to calculate their
distances. By my thunderstorm scale, this and next thunderstorm were both Ä5
thunderstorms. We had hail and some strong winds. Last time, thunder was
heard few minutes before 12:00. After that, no more thunderstorms came, but
weather vas very windy. Some wind gusts even reached gale-force. But these
strong wind gusts didn't arrive to weather stations

Thundering continued all the time. At 11:30, the azimuth of cloud's center
was 330 degrees. Moving direction was 80 degrees

For 11:43, the situation was calming down. Temperature was at 12.8 degrees
and there were no more any dark clouds. At 11:53 and 11:56, thunder was
heard last time. Sky was clearing up. At 11:59, I checked cloud's movement
direction. It was still 80 degrees. There wasn't any thunder heard anymore.
The thunderstorms were over.
